Multiple projects removal via admin panel

An admin can remove projects with all related resources with the following sequence of actions:

1. Go to admin panel (e.g. http://localhost:8080/admin/)
2. Open list of projects: Structure tab -> Projects
3. Filter the projects by organization field (optional)
4. Select projects for removal
5. Set action field to Delete projects with all resources
